We're Randall and Eric — the founders of Pool Bros Marketing. We started this company because we saw pool contractors getting crushed by agencies that didn't understand their business.
From Rocket Digital to Pool Bros
Back in 2020, we co-founded Rocket Digital Marketing — a full-service agency in Orlando, FL. We worked with all kinds of businesses: dentists, lawyers, roofers, you name it.
But something kept happening. We just clicked with pool contractors in a way we didn't with other industries. They're straight-talking, hardworking, and they build things that last. The chemistry was real — and the results reflected it.
So we made a bold move: we launched Pool Bros Marketing as a dedicated brand exclusively for pool contractors. Every ad template, every landing page, every chatbot script — built from the ground up for pool pros.
And that's when things got really fun.
Chad is our mascot — the cool, shades-wearing, bearded pool bro who keeps things chill. He represents the vibe we bring to everything: confident, casual, and always delivering results.

Eric Berry
Co-Founder
Eric spent nearly a decade running his own auto shop before channeling that experience into marketing. With a business marketing degree and time at companies like AutoZone and US Foods, he brings both street-level hustle and real strategy to the table. He co-founded Rocket Digital in 2020 with one goal: help small businesses stand tall against the big guys. Outside work, he's a proud dad of three who leads with the same dedication in every corner of his life.
Randall Gross
Co-Founder
Randall spent over two decades in the automotive world. From the service floor at Saturn and Dodge to becoming a top seller at Snap-on Tools. When 2020 brought a chance to build something new, he partnered with Eric to create an agency that actually gets small business owners, because he's been one. He lives by Zig Ziglar's words: help enough people get what they want, and you'll get what you want. That philosophy is baked into everything Pool Bros does.
